Arbor Education is seeking an experienced Head of Policy & Insights to join our Strategic Marketing team in London. You will own the full insights value chain—from internal data analysis to market and policy engagement with the DfE and think tanks.

This is a chance to shape Arbor's views on the education landscape and inform product and policy direction. You will lead strategic planning, monitor competition, and author data-driven content in partnership with Brand and Content.

Responsabilidades

• Market Strategy and Intelligence: Lead the research and analysis that will help refine Arbor's 5-year strategic plan and growth levers.
• Data Analysis and Evidence: Interrogate datasets to uncover national education trends and publish data-led white papers and reports.
• Policy and External relations: Manage relationships with the DfE and policymakers, translating data into policy-ready insights and engaging media.
