The Education function is vital to developing new service delivery models and integrating functions under the 'education and learning' umbrella. This senior role has been created during a period of rapid organizational change. It involves leading the vision for education and implementing our 3-year 'Education and Learning Strategy'. The Head of Education will provide professional leadership, collaborating with senior colleagues, universities, commercial partners, and regulatory bodies to deliver strategic and operational education initiatives. The role requires extensive NHS education leadership experience, a commercial mindset, and the ability to manage large-scale transformational change.
