A leading UK university is seeking a part-time administrator to support the delivery of a national AI and Robotics Accelerator. The successful candidate will manage operational aspects and develop key relationships across academia and industry. Ideal applicants will have strong strategic support experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to innovate administrative processes. The role offers flexible working and a generous holiday allowance.
Responsible AI UK is a £31m programme funded by the UKRI’s Technology Mission Fund. It has established a nationally collaborative platform for the UK, working closely with the internationally leading research centres and institutions across the world. Our goal is to understand how we should shape the development of AI to benefit people, communities and society.
You will, working in partnership with Future Worlds, support the delivery of a national, cross institutional AI and Robotics (AiR) Accelerator and manage the administration of all key component programmes of Research, Advocacy, Engagement and Marketing. You will also take the lead role in all operational aspects of the Accelerator to ensure the delivery of its scientific and translational strategy, as well as develop and manage external relationships with academic, investor and industry partners. The post is based within the School of Electronics and Computer Science.
