My industry-leading client is seeking a Head of Ecommerce for a large Ecommerce business with ambitious growth plans to become a market leader internationally. The role offers a salary of £70,000 and is fully remote.

You will translate business strategy into an ecommerce strategy to drive growth, working with the Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Marketing. Responsibilities include developing and managing the Ecommerce Strategy, mapping the customer journey, personalising the online experience, managing pricing and product lifecycle, overseeing the website, and enhancing customer loyalty programs, including subscriptions.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a similar role, be data-savvy, and familiar with Adobe Commerce, split testing, and BI platforms. The role suits those who thrive in high-growth, small teams and enjoy hands-on involvement.
