Job description

We are delighted to partner with a fast-growing retail business in their search for a Head of Ecommerce to deliver a world-class online experience for their customers worldwide.

They are a highly customer-focused business, introducing cutting-edge technology and building a dynamic team to further enhance the online experience.

The Head of Ecommerce will manage their digital storefront, improving site performance and driving engagement, conversion, and sales.

The Role:
  1. Manage and nurture a high-performing team with a clear vision and a “can-do” attitude.
  2. Enhance customer experience, engagement, and conversion across desktop and mobile platforms.
  3. Implement the ecommerce strategy aligned with evolving customer behaviors.
  4. Collaborate with performance marketing colleagues to support customer acquisition through an optimal customer journey.
  5. Oversee website content structure and functionality, including UX, content, SEO, and conversion optimization.
  6. Manage relationships with third-party technology suppliers.
  7. Embed personalization and recognition features on the website to improve relevance and user outcomes.
  8. Utilize data analytics to inform decisions on customer behavior, conversion funnels, and web performance.
  9. Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and new technologies to streamline sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
The Person:
  1. Commercially savvy and analytical, with a strong understanding of how to drive revenue.
