What will you do as a Head of Ecommerce

• Reporting directly to the CEO
• Drive digital vision, revenues & operational excellence in D2C and marketplace channels
• Define/execute the global eCommerce growth strategy alongside Group objectives
• Lead the digital transformation of consumer brands, driving sales/long-term customer value
• Oversee D2C website (e.g. Shopify, Magento), build, optimisation and localisation
• Manage third-party marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay) develop strategic partnerships
• Ensure seamless systems integration with ERP, CRM, OMS, and fulfilment providers

What will you need to be a Head of Ecommerce

• Senior eCommerce or digital leadership experience, ideally within retail or consumer goods
