We expect our Head of Early Years to make a significant individual contribution to our Erith Primary School’s ongoing success. We are a nursery and primary school that takes pride in being a happy, friendly, welcoming and inclusive school providing education for children in Nursery from the age of 3, and Reception to Year 6 in and around Slade Green, Erith and Crayford.

Our strong supportive team aims to give children the very best possible start to their education from the age of 3, developing personal aspiration and a lifelong love of learning through the highest quality teaching and learning experiences so they are ready to move on to our secondary provision. Our focus is firmly set on children and their outcomes and maximising every possibility that exists for them to succeed.

For the position of Head of Early Years, our ideal candidate must have

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experienced in working in Early Years
  • Willing to build relationships with staff and children in a tight knit school

  • Someone looking to grow and progress within the school or trust
