The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Domestic Marketing to join the Crown Resorts Team. This is a key leadership position tasked with executing strategic guest to maximise revenue and market share for the gaming products and services. You will also be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the sales team, managing key guest relationships, expanding into new markets, and ensuring the attainment of sales targets and business growth, while operating within the company’s regulatory obligations and PlaySafe standards.
  • Implementing the strategic plan designed to drive incremental revenue growth and enhance the VIP Guest experience.
  • Integrating thorough competitor, guest, and market analyses into strategy development, ensuring these insights inform tactical decisions.
  • Engaging with senior leadership to continuously assess and refine the marketing strategy, identifying new initiatives and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and Crown PlaySafe, to facilitate efficient planning and the achievement of organisational objectives.

About you

You will be experienced in VIP marketing in the gaming and casino industry. You will have a passion for keeping across the latest trends and emerging markets and have a natural flair for identifying and executing opportunities for revenue growth in line with compliance regulations. You will also have:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the casino gaming industry.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in domestic and international markets.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proven track record in expanding into new domestic and international markets.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to provide direction to team members.
  • Experience in developing strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share.
