Job summary

A leading insurer is seeking a Head of Distribution to take charge of sales and distribution strategy for the group. This newly created senior leadership role involves defining distribution strategy, leading negotiations, and ensuring compliance across personal lines (Motor & Home) while collaborating closely with various teams. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience, deep knowledge of insurance distribution, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in retail insurance distribution.
  • Deep knowledge of personal lines insurance (Motor & Home preferred).
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Solid understanding of governance, regulatory frameworks, and performance MI.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

I am currently recruiting for a leading Insurer who are seeking a Head of Distribution to join their growing team.

This is a newly created senior leadership role to take control of sales and distribution for the group. You will be responsible for defining and executing distribution strategy across broker and intermediary channels, leading negotiations and ensuring fair-value remuneration structures and more.

My client is looking for someone with strong personal lines experience (Motor & Home), with proven leadership in distribution.
