Responsibilities include:

1. Leading global technology strategy for distribution data and client reporting, focusing on cloud architectures (AWS, Snowflake) and SaaS solutions.
2. Transforming client reporting processes with automation and cloud-native tools.
3. Managing fund performance and attribution data platforms for accuracy and accessibility.
4. Integrating ESG data into reporting systems.
5. Developing sales and digital engagement data platforms.
6. Leveraging cloud and SaaS solutions to build scalable data platforms.
7. Managing and aligning global teams across regions.
8. Leading and developing high-performance teams.
9. Driving strategic decisions related to sales enablement, distribution, and client service.

Qualifications include:

1. Proven experience in asset management, especially in distribution, sales, marketing, and client servicing data applications.
2. Hands-on experience with cloud architectures (AWS, Snowflake) and SaaS technologies.
3. Strong understanding of fund performance, ESG data, and client-facing reporting.
4. Leadership skills to inspire and coordinate global teams.
5. Knowledge of data governance, GDPR, and security principles.
6. Strategic vision and ability to adopt emerging technologies.
7. Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
