Job Description

AXA Retail’s Direct team seeks an experienced insurance leader to drive business growth. You will activate continuous improvement programs and brand strategies to achieve customer and commercial outcomes aligned with financial plans, group targets, and brand strategy.

Your responsibilities include managing price comparison relationships, assessing new distribution channels, and leading change product squads with a multi-skilled team. Flexibility in work arrangements is available, with at least 40% of work from home, moving to predominantly remote work from September 2025. In-person attendance at Redhill or Ipswich offices, client visits, or industry events may be required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies for marketing offers, customer experience, ancillary products, and co-funding on price comparison websites.
  • Maintain excellent relationship management.
  • Identify and onboard digital or data partnerships for proposition enrichment.
  • Deliver financial targets through change squads and relationship management.
