Head of Digital Transformation - D365 Business Central Users - North London Based - Up to £100,000

Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 per annum

My client operates in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector and is undergoing significant digital transformation, including migration from a legacy system to D365 Business Central and integrated warehouse management systems. They seek an experienced leader to head their IT and digital transformation initiatives.

You will report directly to the CEO and oversee two D365 BC specialists (hiring included), the Head of IT, and two hardware specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a digital infrastructure strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on scalability, compliance, and data security.
2. Manage internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security protocols.
3. Lead the development of customer-facing digital solutions, ensuring optimal user experience and data security.
4. Ensure compliance and data security across all digital initiatives.
5. Manage relationships with IT partners, ensuring service quality, budget adherence, and timelines.
6. Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
7. Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
8. Create and maintain a technology roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies for potential adoption.
9. Present technology updates and strategies at SLT meetings to ensure alignment.

Key Requirements:

• Experience leading digital transformation projects.
• Experience working with Dynamics Business Central.
• Experience with SaaS products and WMS integration.
