Papier’s collection of stationery products, from notebooks & diaries to notecards and wedding invitations, is designed to inspire curiosity and contemplation, inviting people to explore a blank page. The business is growing rapidly, especially in the US, across D2C and wholesale channels.

We are seeking a Head of Digital Product (FTC) to join Papier's small but dynamic Digital Product and Tech team. You will be responsible for executing our ambitious product roadmap while managing ongoing BAU operations. Reporting to the CEO and founder, you will collaborate closely with all departments and senior leadership. You will oversee our product management, design, analytics, and visual merchandising teams, ensuring effective coordination and growth.

Job Requirements
  • 8+ years in product or delivery leadership roles or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years in people management
  • Experience in fast-growth organizational environments
  • Extensive UX/UI research experience and application of insights
  • Strong data and analytical skills; familiarity with Looker preferred
  • Advocate of lean, agile product development processes
  • Experience with design tools like Figma
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, stock, and pricing
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and prioritize the product and tech strategy, balancing customer needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and innovation
  • Support and guide teams in product design, analytics, management, and merchandising; act as a strategic partner
  • Manage relationships with senior leaders and advocate for digital product initiatives
  • Foster a high-performance, growth-oriented team culture
  • Own the commercial performance of Papier.com, focusing on revenue, conversion, acquisition, and customer lifetime value
  • Ensure optimal product discoverability and onsite merchandising across all markets
  • Oversee testing and improvement of the new beta Loyalty Scheme
  • Leverage data tools to inform strategic decisions and advocate for UX/UI excellence
