What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own the Digital Marketing Strategy: Oversee everything from performance channels to content, SEO, automation, and CRM
  • Drive Growth: Implement lead-gen campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO, and email while testing bold new ideas
  • Build and Lead a Team: As we grow, you’ll build a high-performing team — but be hands-on in the early stages
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Sales and Product to align marketing strategies with commercial goals
  • Data-Driven Approach: Track performance and iterate using a full martech stack. Data is your compass
Must-Have Skills
  • 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech, or high-growth startups
  • Strategic mindset with the willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Proven success in scaling lead-gen and brand awareness in competitive markets
  • Highly driven, ambitious, and comfortable taking full ownership of your domain
  • Excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability culture
  • Experience managing freelancers, agencies, and small teams — with a builder's mentality
  • Bonus points for experience marketing tech talent, SaaS products, or staffing/outsourcing services
