We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing with a strong commercial mindset and a data-driven approach to manage the strategy and execution of our digital campaigns to drive global growth and revenue targets.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a talented team and manage performance across key digital channels including paid search, paid social, CRM, affiliates, SEO and digital innovation. Collaborating closely with the Digital, Marketing and Merchandising teams, you’ll ensure our campaigns are not only beautifully on-brand, but also deliver measurable business impact. We are open to the role being based from either our Nottingham or London office.
The Role
- Lead the global digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across all digital channels.
- Own key commercial metrics including ROI, CAC, ROAS, and LTV across paid media, CRM, SEO, and affiliate programs.
- Plan and execute high-performing campaigns across PPC, paid social and display to meet sales targets.
- Align marketing strategies with trading calendars and product launches in collaboration with internal teams.
- Oversee CRM and email marketing strategies to drive retention, loyalty, and repeat purchases.
- Manage partnerships with agencies and third-party vendors to ensure alignment and performance.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimise campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and report on KPIs to senior leadership.
- Manage the planning, allocation, phasing and forecasting of digital budgets across multiple channels to optimize performance and ROI.
- Lead and mentor the Digital Marketing team, fostering creativity, curiosity, and commercial acumen.
- Champion innovation and test-and-learn approaches, staying ahead of digital trends and technologies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints in line with the Paul Smith’s brand.
Your Skills And Experience
- Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives aligned with brand and commercial goals.
- Deep understanding of digital channels including SEO, PPC, email, social media, and influencer marketing.
- Strong experience in digital budget management, planning, and performance optimisation.
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific reporting tools.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and development.
