Head of Digital Marketing – £75K-£85K + Great Benefits – Hybrid (London/Durham) – Retail/Beauty

I have partnered with a leading retail/beauty business that are one of the best on the market and are growing rapidly with long-term growth plans to be unmatched in the market. This is a brand-new opportunity within the Marketing team so gives you full ownership of the digital strategy to drive the D2C ecommerce growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Take full ownership of the digital marketing strategy from social ads, influencer, paid search, SEO etc

· Execute creative paid media campaigns (Google ads, Meta, TikTok)

· Optimise all customer acquisition channels to retarget strategies – acquisition and retention

· Drive high quality traffic through the D2C website – creative and analytical

· Develop the SEO strategy for brand visibility and create compelling content

Skills & Experience

· Strong analytical mindset when using a variety of marketing channels for optimised performance growth (GA4)

· Previous experience within a D2C retail business preferably within the beauty or hair market (very advantageous)

· 7+ years’ experience of hands-on digital marketing experience

· Excellent communication skills to be able to work independently and within a team (will be managed a team of minimum 1)

· Creative but data-driven approach

· Successful track record of increasing performance across paid and organic channels
