5. Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) and reference for all digital learning workstreams, fostering innovation in digital and blended learning.
6. Develop and evolve a Digital Learning Strategy aligned with organisational priorities.
7. Lead by example, developing a high-quality blended learning offer for colleagues.
8. Collaborate with divisional areas such as training, IT, and finance to develop digital learning initiatives.
9. Provide innovative solutions to challenges, mitigating risks with your expertise in digital learning.
