Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd partners with a premium drinks lifestyle business in London to appoint an exceptional Head of Digital Growth. You will own online revenue, subscription growth, and the customer journey from acquisition to retention.

This is a data-driven, fast-paced leadership role reporting to the Founder/CEO, requiring pace, creativity, and commercial accountability to deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Senior digital growth/ecommerce leadership with proven revenue growth.
• Experience building subscription/recurring revenue models.
• Strong analytics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, churn understanding.
• Premium brand experience in FMCG/food & beverage advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of online revenue, profitability and subscription growth with ambitious targets.
• Drive new customer acquisition through paid social, Google Ads, SEO, partnerships and digital campaigns.
• Own the online customer journey, optimise website, conversion and checkout to maximise sales.
• Build and scale a profitable subscription business with CRM and retention.
• Develop digital campaigns that strengthen brand and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead growth initiatives with data-driven insights and collaboration with founder & leadership.
