Position: Head of Digital/ Ecommerce - Homeware

Location: Leeds

My leading homeware client is currently looking for a Head of Ecommerce to join their team due to very exciting changes in the business.

As the Head of Ecommerce, you will be strategically managing all ecommerce activities across brand websites and channels to deliver a best-in-class customer experience while achieving ambitious KPIs. You will oversee the management and optimization of website content and functionality to ensure a seamless customer journey. Additionally, you will oversee all digital marketing channels, including PPC, Paid Social, CRM, and Social Media. The role has a strong ecommerce focus, with strategic management of digital marketing channels such as PPC, remarketing, affiliates, email, and SEO, as well as ecommerce trading and merchandising.

The successful candidate must have strong ecommerce experience with a proven track record of building and implementing successful ecommerce strategies. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines across multiple brands, projects, and departments are essential. You should be a self-starter with a proactive approach, a great leader with strong management and communication skills, and comfortable with change management.
