Position: Head of Digital

The Head of Digital will play a critical role in shaping and executing the digital strategy to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and drive business growth. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in all digital channels.

This is a business-critical role and will be hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the organisation’s goals and objectives.
2. Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve customer engagement, efficiency, and service delivery.
3. Manage the UX team to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and customer portals.
4. Lead and develop the digital team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
5. Ensure data security and regulatory compliance.
6. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
