Job summary

The University of St Andrews invites applications for the Head of Development Services and Deputy Director. This senior leadership role oversees Gift Operations, Database and Analytics, Prospect Research and Collective Giving to underpin fundraising success.

Reporting to the Director of Development, the postholder provides strategic governance, data quality and BI capabilities, while leading organisational change and AI-enabled working practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Development Services in a complex org.
• Experience in fundraising operations, governance, audit and risk.
• Strong data governance, CRM management and BI reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Development Services.
• Oversee Gift Operations, Database, Analytics and Collective Giving.
