Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Development and Sustainability working across Staffordshire and Cheshire. The Head of Development and Sustainability will oversee the development of projects focused on sustainability and growth. Responsibilities include strategy development, project management, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role also involves collaborating with various departments to implement and monitor sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Strategic leadership and operational management experience.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams and deliver projects successfully.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with stakeholders including Local Authorities, voluntary sector partners, commercial partners, and the NHS.
• Experience in motivating teams to achieve targets.
• Successful track record in submitting tenders and funding applications.
