The Head of Development will play a key role in shaping the future of Elidyr by leading our fundraising efforts and embedding a strong fundraising culture across the organisation. As part of the Leadership Team, you will work closely with the CEO to create and implement a comprehensive Fundraising Strategy that sustains our current services and supports our growth strategy. You will also support the development and implementation of communications to increase engagement with our supporters and ensure that fundraising activities align with the wider goals of the organisation.
This role is primarily remote, but occasional travel to our main location in Rhandirmwyn will be required for key meetings and team collaboration.
This is a full-time role, primarily remote, with occasional travel required to Rhandirmwyn for in-person meetings, team collaboration, and other key events. We estimate the role will require a minimum of 3-4 days per month on-site. Reasonable travel expenses for trips to Rhandirmwyn will be covered by the organisation.
