Wealth Management and Probate Senior Role

Our client specializes in Wealth Management, Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters. They are offering a senior position within their boutique firm, providing opportunities for career growth and a route to Partnership. This role is suitable for someone already leading a small private client team of fee earners or a Senior Associate seeking the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will manage their own clients, many of whom are High Net Worth individuals across Hertfordshire, Essex, and Greater London. The role requires being influential and motivated to lead a small department.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and engaging with clients
• Preparing Wills and creating Trusts
• Considering tax implications to mitigate liability
• Estate Planning and administration
• Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
