Now looking for HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS – EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

1. POSITION

The Company hires the Employee to lead and oversee all strategic and operational matters of the department. Positions include:

  • Brand Spirit Director
  • Marketing and Communications Director
  • Sales Director
  • Financial Director
  • Legal and Administrative Director
  • Operations Director
  • People and Culture Director

2. DURATION

This is a fixed-term contract of 10 months, renewable upon mutual agreement. Work to commence as soon as possible.

3. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Employee shall:

  • Lead the department in alignment with MPW-D's vision and values.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, especially with the Founder and Brand Spirit Director.
  • Provide quarterly reports on progress.
  • Support onboarding and mentorship of junior team members.
  • Maintain ethical standards and foster a culture of innovation and integrity.

4. REPORTING & COLLABORATION

Report directly to the Founder of MPW-D and the Brand Spirit Director. Collaborate with other department heads and project teams.

5. WORK HOURS

Approximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility for meetings and project needs. Additional hours may be negotiated.

6. MEETING AVAILABILITY

Available for meetings aligned with U.K. time zones and urgent calls.

7. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

High proficiency in English, spoken and written.

8. REMUNERATION

Hourly rate: £30/hr. Bonuses, equity shares, or benefits may be available as per separate agreements. Monthly stipend for internet/electricity: £20–£40.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

All proprietary materials remain the property of MPW-D. Confidentiality must be maintained during and after the contract.
