Job Description:

Mattie's Purple World-Dynasty is seeking Heads of Departments to lead various strategic and operational areas. Details and position descriptions can be found at this link. Positions include Brand Spirit Director, Marketing and Communications Director, Sales Director, Financial Director, Legal and Administrative Director, Operations Director, and People and Culture Director.

This is a fixed-term contract of 10 months, renewable upon mutual agreement, starting as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the respective department aligning with MPW-D's vision and values.
• Develop and evaluate strategic plans.
• Collaborate with other departments and report to the Founder and Brand Spirit Director.
• Provide quarterly updates and support onboarding of new team members.
• Maintain ethical standards and promote a culture of innovation and integrity.

Reporting & Collaboration:

Report directly to the Founder and Brand Spirit Director, collaborating across departments and project teams.

Work Hours:

Approximately 16 hours per week with flexibility for meetings and project needs. Additional hours can be negotiated.

Meeting Availability:

Attend meetings aligned with UK time zones and urgent strategy calls.

Language Requirement:

High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Remuneration:

Hourly rate of £30, with potential bonuses, equity shares, and benefits, including a £20–£40/month stipend for internet and electricity.

All proprietary information remains the property of MPW-D, and confidentiality must be maintained during and after the contract.
