2. Duration

This is a fixed-term contract of 10 months, renewable upon mutual agreement. The role starts as soon as possible.

3. Duties & Responsibilities

The Employee shall:

• Lead their department in alignment with MPW-D's vision, values, and spirit.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic plans.
• Collaborate with other departments under the guidance of the Founder and Brand Spirit Director.
• Provide quarterly reports on progress.
• Support onboarding and mentorship of junior team members.
• Maintain ethical standards and foster a culture of innovation, integrity, and heart-based leadership.

4. Reporting & Collaboration

Report to the Founder of MPW-D and the Brand Spirit Director, collaborating with other department heads and project teams.

5. Work Hours

Approximately 16 hours per week, with flexibility for meetings and project needs. Additional hours may be negotiated.

6. Meeting Availability

Available for regular meetings aligned with UK time zones and urgent strategy calls.

7. Language Requirement

High proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

8. Remuneration

Hourly rate: £30/hr. Potential bonuses, equity shares, and benefits available, including a £20–£40/month stipend for internet and electricity.

9. Confidentiality

All proprietary materials remain MPW-D property. Confidentiality must be upheld during and after the contract.
