Paddock School is seeking a full-time Head of Department to join their outstanding and innovative team. The successful candidate will focus on delivering exceptional support and education for pupils with severe learning difficulties and autism, fostering a warm and collaborative environment. Paddock is a special place where we put pupil’s interests first in everything we do. We are an Ofsted outstanding and innovative split site special school for pupils aged 4 – 19 with severe learning difficulties. Most of our children also have a diagnosis of autism.
