A bit about the job:
You’ll lead large scale transformation programmes central to Aviva’s long-term strategy for our Wealth product streams. This role sits within the IWR CIO team, you’ll drive change across technology, people, and operations. You’ll be accountable for delivering outcomes that make a real difference to our customers and colleagues. This role is all about pace, clarity, and impact – and you’ll be supported by a team of over 100 people to make it happen. It’s a chance to set the standard for delivery excellence at Aviva.
