Head of Delivery (Wealth transformation)

London Salary Circa £145,000

National Salary Circa £110,000

A bit about the job:

You’ll lead large scale transformation programmes central to Aviva’s long-term strategy for our Wealth product streams. This role sits within the IWR CIO team, you’ll drive change across technology, people, and operations. You’ll be accountable for delivering outcomes that make a real difference to our customers and colleagues. This role is all about pace, clarity, and impact – and you’ll be supported by a team of over 100 people to make it happen. It’s a chance to set the standard for delivery excellence at Aviva.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading large-scale transformation programmes, being able to demonstrate a strong background delivering modern Digital applications, implementing contemporary ways of working with customer experience at its core
• Experience in financial services (Wealth, Insurance or Banking)
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
• Excellent exposure to delivering change with our strategic partner platforms and other third parties (FNZ, Wipro, TCS)

• London Salary Circa £145,000, National Salary Circa £110,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
• Bonus opportunity - 25% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
