London Borough of Hounslow invites applications for Head of Delivery and Performance in the Regeneration and Economic Growth division. You will lead the service, set programme direction, and oversee performance management of regeneration and economic development projects.

The role requires strategic budgeting, reporting to the Executive Director and Directors, and collaboration with senior leaders and external partners to unlock opportunities and improve outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a delivery/performance team.
• Proven ability to manage complex funding programmes and budgets.
• Strong governance, reporting and financial management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Delivery and Performance team across Regeneration and Economic Growth, delivering against objectives and KPIs.
• Develop, manage and monitor complex budgets and funding programmes for regeneration and growth.
• Oversee the Regeneration and Economic Growth project portfolio, prioritising projects and mitigating risks with stakeholders.
• Act as SME and point of contact on governance, funding, and finance matters for the division.
• Review and update service delivery and project planning templates to ensure corporate compliance.
