Head of Delivery & Integration

Up to £95,000 + Bonus

Method Resourcing are proud to be partnering with a fast-growing, international technology business delivering critical services across multiple high-reliability sectors. They're seeking a Head of Delivery & Integration to oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring high quality outcomes are aligned with meeting business objectives.

Role Overview:

As Head of Delivery & Integration, you will oversee cross-functional delivery across multiple engineering squads-managing dependencies, driving velocity, and ensuring technical alignment. You will lead shared services functions, including Solution Architecture, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE/DevOps), and Quality Assurance, acting as a key bridge between product, engineering, and operations.

You'll ensure the seamless execution of roadmaps, architecture governance, CI/CD pipelines, QA frameworks, and platform integration-enabling the delivery of high-availability, secure and scalable digital products.

Ideal Experience & Skills:

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale, complex systems across web and mobile platforms
• Experience in a leadership capacity such as Head of Delivery, Programme Manager, or PMO lead
• Hands-on understanding of DevOps/SRE and QA functions
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience managing mixed in-house and outsourced technical teams
• Skilled in risk mitigation, resource planning, and delivery governance
• Familiarity with backlog management tools, agile methodologies, and CI/CD infrastructure
• Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a drive for innovation
