Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience delivering complex infrastructure programmes and major capital projects.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary and multi-organisation delivery teams.
• Proven ability to lead large programme portfolios with significant budgets and strategic importance.
• Experience engaging and influencing senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Professional qualification and significant experience within engineering, programme management, infrastructure delivery or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead a High-Performing Delivery Function across IOS, setting strategic direction and building scalable delivery capability.
• Deliver a portfolio of operational, infrastructure and transformation programmes with robust governance and assurance frameworks.
• Shape the IOS delivery strategy, translating objectives into measurable delivery plans and aligned investments.
• Represent IOS at senior governance and executive forums, providing strategic challenge and insight.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement across Anglian Water, partners and supply chain.
