Sanderson Government and Defence is seeking a Head of Delivery for the Central Government & Law Enforcement portfolio in Woking. This senior role oversees delivery excellence, forecasting, and portfolio growth across a high-profile customer base.

The position is hybrid in Woking with SC clearance eligibility. You will lead delivery across complex programmes, manage risks, and drive profitability while engaging with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• P3M leadership experience within central government, law enforcement or national security.
• Strong programme or portfolio delivery management background.
• Excellent forecasting, risk management and financial discipline.
• Experienced in stakeholder engagement and leading high-performing teams.
• Ability to influence at senior levels and build trusted relationships.

Head of Delivery - Central Government & Law Enforcement

Sanderson Government and Defence are partnering with an organisation delivering solutions across Cyber, AI, Communications and National Security. They are now looking for an experienced Head of Delivery to support the growth of the Central Government & Law Enforcement (CGLE) portfolio.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for delivery excellence, forecasting, operational performance and portfolio growth across a high-profile customer base.

What You'll Do

• Own delivery performance across a complex portfolio of programmes and services.
• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting and risk management.
• Lead the resolution of critical delivery issues and act as the senior escalation point.
• Drive efficiency, profitability and utilisation across the account.
• Support business growth through customer engagement and strategic account development.
• Enable confident decision-making through clear insight and leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Proven P3M leadership experience within Central Government, Law Enforcement or National Security environments.
• Strong programme, portfolio or delivery management background.
• Commercially minded with excellent forecasting and operational management skills.
• Experienced in stakeholder engagement, bid support and leading high-performing teams.
• Able to build trusted relationships and influence at senior levels.
• Eligible for SC clearance.
