Head of Delivery | IoT | Lead the company's largest revenue generating team

Role: Head of Delivery

Salary: Up to £110,000 + Bonus

Location: Watford - 2 days per week on site (hybrid)

They are looking for a Head of Delivery to lead the company's largest revenue-generating team; someone with the right blend of technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Head of Delivery role

We seek an experienced and driven Head of Delivery to lead this part of the engineering & delivery function. Reporting to the Engineering Director, you will be responsible for the overall engineering output, from planning and implementation to ongoing operational maintenance. Success will depend on your ability to connect people, ideas, and processes, building strong relationships across the organization and fostering a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming environment where everyone can thrive.
