We’re looking for a commercially sharp, performance-driven leader to join us as Head of Delivery at Popeyes UK.

If you’re an experienced delivery and trading leader with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for sales and growth, this is your opportunity to shape a core channel for one of the UK’s fastest-growing QSR brands.

In this role, you’ll own the delivery, trading, and marketing strategy driving sales performance across aggregator platforms, building strategic partnerships, and leading a cross-functional team to execute initiatives that support our ambitious growth plans.

What You’ll Do Here:
  • Develop and execute the delivery strategy, managing key internal and external stakeholder relations.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with aggregators on a daily basis.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics to ensure delivery initiatives are effective and realistic.
  • Lead business reviews to optimize delivery channels and trading activities.
  • Oversee overall delivery performance from strategy creation to implementation.
  • Build strong relationships with third parties to influence strategic goals.
  • Manage commercial and contract renewals, including reporting.
  • Influence trading strategies related to offers and promotions on aggregators.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across the business, collaborating with marketing and operations to meet operational metrics.
What You’ll Have Done:
  • Proven experience in senior delivery, trading, or commercial strategy roles within high-growth QSR, retail, or FMCG environments.
  • Strong understanding of aggregator platforms, commercial levers, and delivery channel dynamics.
  • Experience in managing strategic partnerships and complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills to enhance performance and influence strategy.
  • Robust commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L and KPIs.
  • Leadership skills to energize and direct cross-functional teams.
