Job summary

Starr, on behalf of ERS Syndicate 218 at Lloyds, seeks a senior role to lead oversight and optimisation of delegated claims arrangements. You will drive performance, governance and continuous improvement across delegated claims operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer outcomes.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to identify opportunities, protect the ERS brand, and align the proposition with business strategy and market expectations.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance framework for ERS's DCA partners and ensure delivery against commitments and service standards.
• Support new delegated claims propositions and ensure smooth transition to BAU.
• Champion best practice in delegated claims management with SME collaboration.
• Provide MI analysis to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions to improve loss ratios and customer outcomes.
• Lead monthly performance reporting to management committees with actionable insight.
