Job summary

Michael Page Technology seeks a Head of Data Science to lead a high-performing team in London, shaping data strategy and delivering data-driven solutions that drive commercial value.

You will guide end-to-end data science initiatives, mentor staff, partner with senior leaders, and establish scalable operating models to accelerate delivery and impact.

• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to prioritise initiatives based on business impact, return on investment, and strategic objectives.
• Experience building Data Science capabilities, operating models, and scalable ways of working within growing organisations.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proven ability to remove obstacles and drive projects to successful delivery.
• Deep technical expertise in Data Science, machine learning, predictive analytics, and modern data technologies, combined with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and practical way.
