Seasalt, a data-enabled omnichannel retailer, invites applications for Head of Data & Analytics. Based in the UK with occasional travel to Cornwall, this role leads data strategy, governance, and the enterprise data platform in Azure, Synapse, and Power BI to drive insight and commercial success.

You will manage data engineers and analysts, translate business needs into scalable data services, and ensure secure, high-quality data pipelines.

Formación

• Experience leading data engineering, analytics, or data platform functions in a commercial environment.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across business, tech and executive levels.
• Proven track record delivering scalable, secure cloud data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Define and champion a forward-looking data strategy aligned with digital transformation and commercial priorities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable data service roadmaps across product, tech and analytics teams.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of data engineers and analysts.
• Oversee the architectural design of the enterprise data platform on Azure (Synapse, Fabric, Data Lake).
• Ensure secure, efficient, and scalable data pipelines and integrations between systems.
