Secure Trust Bank seeks a Head of Data Engineering to lead a modern, enterprise-wide data platform and build a high-performing team. You will steer the Azure Databricks journey, create trusted data products and partner with senior stakeholders to turn data strategy into value.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop a high-performing Data Engineering team.
• Drive delivery and enhancement of the Azure Databricks Enterprise Data Platform.
• Embed data governance, quality, lineage, security and auditability into engineering solutions.
• Translate data strategy into tangible business value, customer outcomes and regulatory objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and inspire the Data Engineering function, fostering a high-performing team culture and engineering excellence.
• Drive the delivery, adoption and continuous enhancement of the Azure Databricks Enterprise Data Platform.
• Establish a sustainable in-house data engineering capability, ensuring effective knowledge transfer from strategic partners.
• Develop scalable data ingestion, transformation and CI/CD frameworks to support platform delivery.
