Your team

IG's data and analytics team develops and implements data strategies to foster business growth, operational efficiency, and better decision-making.

Your role in the team’s success

Lead IG's data and analytics functions, developing strategies to drive growth, efficiency, and decision-making organization-wide.

What you'll do

1. Define and execute IG's data strategy, governance, and analytics roadmap.
2. Lead a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers.
3. Oversee development and maintenance of data infrastructure, pipelines, and tools.
4. Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
5. Establish data governance policies and best practices.
6. Identify opportunities to leverage data for growth and operational improvement.
7. Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to implement analytics solutions.
8. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards.

What you'll need for this role

Key Qualification Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in data and analytics, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Strong background in data science, business intelligence, and analytics.
• Experience building and scaling data teams and infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and visualization techniques.
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI applications in financial services.
• Strong technical skills with experience in modern data stack technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
