Job summary

Hyve Group is seeking a Director of Data & AI to define and execute an enterprise data and AI strategy. You will lead a team of 8-10 across Data Engineering, Analytics and AI, owning the data platform, semantic layer and AI enablement agenda while working closely with CTO and business leaders.

You will champion a governance-first approach, deliver a multi-year roadmap, and drive self-service analytics with measurable business value across Hyve's global events portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading enterprise Data & AI strategies with measurable value.
• Hands-on in modern data architecture, warehousing, and governance.
• Experience balancing business and technology priorities with clear ROI.
• Strong leadership of 8–10-person teams across data engineering, analytics and AI.

Responsibilities

• Define and own Hyve's enterprise Data & AI strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead Data Engineering, Analytics and AI teams across platforms and governance.
• Oversee data platform, semantic layer, and AI enablement agenda.
• Rationalise report estates and establish governed self-service data.
• Champion responsible AI, privacy, and model risk across the organisation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate data into commercial value.
