RevTech in London is seeking a Head of Data & AI to lead the analytics function and drive the AI transformation. You will champion AI initiatives, scale data platforms, and collaborate with executives to translate insights into business impact. This hands‑on leadership role requires strong data engineering, modelling, and stakeholder management in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Data, Analytics or AI function, ideally within financial services or another complex, regulated environment.
• Track record of taking AI initiatives from initial ideas through to implementation and adoption.
• Strong technical foundations across SQL, data modelling and modern data warehouse environments.
• Experience improving data quality, establishing consistent business metrics and enabling self-service reporting.

Rapidly scaling business looking for a Head of Data & AI to help drive its next phase of data and AI transformation.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with a strong focus on applying AI to real business challenges, improving operational efficiency and making data more accessible across the organisation.

You’ll lead an existing analytics team, work closely with senior stakeholders and turn opportunities into practical solutions that deliver measurable results.
