Job Description:

I. WHY THIS POSITION:

The D365 ‘HERO’ Programme is a multi-year, global transformation Programme in Finance & Operations implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all regions. HERO aims to harmonize multiple regional ERPs into a standardized, single global core ERP model, building the foundation for the success of our global business and supporting future growth.

II. MAIN AREAS OF IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE IN THE ROLE:

The Head of Digital and Retail Solution in London will report to the Global Head of the D365 Programme and will lead the successful D365 operational integration within our digital and retail ecosystem, ensuring that the functionality and processes meet local business and client needs across our omnichannel environment. This role will act as the key business partner for the Global Digital Systems Chanel.com team and regional stakeholders, overseeing migration and ensuring the retail solution is fit for purpose.

  • Lead D365 scope for Chanel.com backend and Retail POS, ensuring business continuity and optimal operational processes.
  • Drive digital and retail operational strategy within the D365 ecosystem, focusing on process design, governance, and operational excellence.
  • Plan and implement enhancements for the D365 solution to optimize processes and efficiency.
  • Consider regional omnichannel requirements for future development and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

III. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnerships:

  • Partner with global and regional teams to align D365 planning and deliverables with business needs.
  • Facilitate reviews and ensure digital and retail business needs are prioritized.
  • Manage stakeholder buy-in and support adoption of new processes.
  • Coordinate change management and communication efforts to support role and process changes.
  • Promote system and process knowledge across communities to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser to digital and retail stakeholders.
