The D365 ‘HERO’ Programme is a multi-year, global transformation Programme in Finance & Operations implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all regions. HERO aims to harmonize multiple regional ERPs into a standardized, single global core ERP model, building the foundation for the success of our global business and supporting future growth.

The Head of Digital and Retail Solution in London will report to the Global Head of the D365 Programme and will lead the successful D365 operational integration within our digital and retail ecosystem, ensuring that the functionality and processes meet local business and client needs across our omnichannel environment. This role will act as the key business partner for the Global Digital Systems Chanel.com team and regional stakeholders, overseeing migration and ensuring the retail solution is fit for purpose.
