Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Cyber Security and Infrastructure / Security Lead with experience in professional services or regulated environments. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and an innovative approach to advancing the firm's Cyber Security posture.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in professional services or similar regulated organization
• Technical certifications such as CISM, CISSP
• Experience with IT security systems, information security governance, control frameworks, incident management, and security best practices
• Knowledge of security engineering supporting technologies like firewalls, IDS/IPS, Web Proxy, Vulnerability Scanners, Active Directory, SSE, Endpoint Protection, Encryption
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
• Management experience supporting both internal and third-party IT security teams
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
