Director – Cyber Security (IAM & DORA)

A brand-new consulting business unit is launching — backed by a global tech services powerhouse.

We’re looking for a Cyber Security Director to lead the IAM and DORA proposition. You’ll shape go-to-market strategy, lead technical design, and play a key role in growing a capability that spans Cyber, AI, Data.

This is a rare opportunity to step in early, act like an entrepreneur, and have real influence without the usual red tape.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and leading IAM solutions across enterprise clients
• Advising on DORA readiness across regulated sectors
• Leading teams, mentoring talent, and scaling delivery capability
• Playing a hands-on role in sales, solution shaping, and delivery oversight
