The Head of Cyber Analytics is required by a global, high-growth, fast-paced, and collaborative underwriting business to develop cutting-edge cyber risk analytics and modeling capabilities. This role is key in building a top-tier cyber underwriting proposition, partnering with senior stakeholders worldwide.

This position offers the opportunity to shape the global cyber analytics strategy. Working within a high-performing team, you will develop insights from diverse data sources—modeling, pricing, incident response, and threat monitoring—and collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams to refine strategies, optimize risk selection, and enhance market competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the global cyber analytics strategy and strengthen the company's position as a cyber market leader.
• Create a data-rich platform for insights into modeling, loss performance, and threat intelligence.
• Influence underwriting and distribution strategies through advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to develop regional analytics capabilities.
• Assess cyber vendor models and develop proprietary risk views.
• Engage with carrier and broker partners strategically.
• Manage cyber exposure and support dynamic pricing strategies.
• Lead discussions on systemic risk and represent the company at industry events.
• Implement next-generation analytics tools and platforms.
• Design dashboards and reports using Power BI and other tools.

Key Requirements:

• Experience leading cyber analytics, with knowledge of vendor models like CyberCube or RMS.
• Understanding of performance metrics in a global insurance setting.
• Experience in developing proprietary cyber risk models and providing strategic insights to senior management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel (including VBA), with familiarity with Power BI and coding languages preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
