Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies, working closely with account and business development managers.
- Identify, qualify, and pitch value propositions to new and existing customers.
- Build strategic client partnerships through joint value creation initiatives.
- Conduct workshops to understand customer needs and develop tailored logistics solutions.
- Manage supply chain development projects from qualification to proposal delivery.
- Create and communicate the company's value proposition.
- Lead virtual, cross-functional teams across disciplines.
- Organize internal and customer workshops to understand strategies and challenges.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 5-10 years of experience in strategic supply chain management, transformation, and delivery projects within freight forwarding, 3PL, 4PL, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, business acumen, and basic financial knowledge.
- Experience with process mapping and re-engineering (Six Sigma, SCOR, or similar).
- Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and quantify customer value.
- Knowledge of supply chain management systems and information systems.
- Awareness of technology and digitization in supply chain operations.
- Fluent in English; local and international market knowledge.
- Undergraduate degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
