Job Title: Head of Customer Engagement

In this high-impact role, the Head of Customer Engagement will enhance customer acquisition, deepen and retain customer relationships, and build new revenue streams by leveraging cutting-edge data, analytics, and technology capabilities.

Suitable candidates will have excellent experience across the following areas:

1. Customer Loyalty: Proven experience in creating strategies and enabling capabilities to drive emotionally-driven customer loyalty, grow Customer Lifetime Value, and increase customer retention.
2. Personalisation: Defining strategies, executing use cases, and building and scaling capabilities to create richer personalised connections with customers and communicate seamlessly across channels.
3. Martech Transformation: Helping clients define their martech strategy aligned across organisational functions and implement a martech stack to enable continuous, “Always On” engagement across channels.
4. Digital Identity: Assisting enterprises in building strategies and designing technology roadmaps to thrive and grow while maintaining privacy-oriented digital engagement.
5. Customer Data Platforms: Helping enterprises create a strong foundation to capture, manage, and monetize first-party data by designing and implementing (or migrating to) a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
6. Data Monetization: Providing end-to-end services to help enterprises maximize monetization from first-party data through Retail Media Networks and other digital and physical properties.
