Responsibilities

• Define and maintain UK and Ireland strategy for Customer Data Management, including markets, needs, growth opportunities.
• Inform strategic choices and investments using customer, market, regulatory and competitor insights.
• Shape compelling propositions with clear positioning, packaging and commercial models.
• Translate needs into requirements for product, data, technology and operations teams.
• Develop business cases for new capabilities balancing immediate opportunities with longer-term growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer outcomes and scalable data solutions.
