You will focus on A/B testing and build high-converting landing pages, collaborating with performance marketers and strategists. This remote role requires 3-5 years of CRO experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in no-code tools. Competitive compensation package includes base salary, bonuses, and equity.
We’re looking for a Head of CRO who is obsessed with conversions, user behavior, and revenue per visitor. You’ll be our go-to for running rigorous CRO and Landing Page experiments across our portfolio of 80+ e-commerce brands and building high-converting, no-code landing pages using tools like PageDeck or similar. You’ll own the full CRO lifecycle, from hypotheses to A/B testing, to implementation and insights. You’ll work closely with our performance marketers, creative strategists, and brand owners to extract every possible dollar from existing traffic.

$50K—$150K USD total compensation annually, depending on location. This includes base, performance bonus, and equity package
